Destiny AI Terms of Use

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Midnight Holdings LLC, operating as Midnight Apps ("we", "us", "our"), about your use of the Destiny AI mobile application ("Destiny AI" or "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Destiny AI Privacy Policy.

If you downloaded Destiny AI from the App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. What Destiny AI is

Destiny AI turns the birth details you enter into readings: a natal chart and astrology reports, numerology profiles, Chinese astrology readings, astrocartography maps of places associated with different themes, and daily, weekly, monthly and yearly outlooks. Readings are generated by the app's software and written content from traditional astrological and numerological systems. The same birth details always produce the same readings; they are not written for you by a person or by an AI service.

3. Entertainment only — not professional advice

Nothing in Destiny AI is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, relationship or other professional advice. Do not use a reading to make decisions about your health, safety, money, relationships, career, or where to live or travel. For those decisions, speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services.

4. Your account

• You need an account, created with an email address and password, to use Destiny AI.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
• If you forget your password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Destiny AI for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• enter another person's details to profile them without their permission, or use readings to discriminate against anyone;
• try to access other users' data, our backend or systems without authorisation, or bypass any security, subscription or usage limit;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the app or its written content, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the app's operation, or send us harmful code or automated requests;
• send support messages or feedback that are abusive, unlawful or contain other people's personal information.

6. Free features and Destiny AI Premium

Many features are free, including your daily reading, your natal chart, viewing and searching the astrocartography map, the transits report, the yearly forecast, Chinese compatibility, your daily history, the Learn library, and saving up to five locations and five readings.

Destiny AI Premium unlocks the full natal, numerology, astrocartography and Chinese astrology reports, weekly and monthly outlooks, detailed city insights, location comparison and travel tools on the map, voice playback, PDF export of reports, and unlimited saved locations and readings. The features included in Premium may change as the app develops; the subscription screen shows what is included.

7. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans. Destiny AI Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with a Monthly plan, which renews every month, and a Yearly plan, which renews every year. In the United States the prices are $5.99 per month and $49.99 per year. Prices in other countries are set in local currency and may differ; the price for your App Store country is shown in the app before you confirm.
• Billing by Apple. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when your free trial ends if you started with one.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID account settings to stop future charges.
• Restore Purchases. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in to the same Apple ID, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to restore an active subscription.
• Price changes. Subscription prices may change. Price changes follow Apple's App Store rules, under which Apple notifies affected subscribers before a price increase applies to them.

8. Free trial

• Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial of the Monthly or Yearly plan. The app shows a free trial only when the App Store reports that one is available to you.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account is charged the price of the plan you chose.
• Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Apple allows one introductory offer, including a free trial, per subscription group, so if you have already used one for Destiny AI Premium you may not be offered another.
• If you buy a subscription while a free trial is active, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the paid subscription begins.

9. Refunds

Because Apple processes App Store payments, refund requests for Destiny AI purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

10. Affiliate links and third-party services

Destiny AI may show links to products or services offered by other companies. If a link is an affiliate or sponsored link, the app will label it, and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you. Destiny AI does not currently show any affiliate or sponsored links.

Third-party products, services and websites are provided by those third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. The app's map uses map images from CARTO based on data from OpenStreetMap contributors.

11. Intellectual property and your content

Destiny AI, including its software, design, written readings and other content, and the Destiny AI and Midnight Apps names and marks, belongs to Midnight Holdings LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms.

The notes, journal entries and other content you add remain yours. You allow us to store and process that content only as needed to provide the app to you — for example, to sync your saved items if you turn sync on.

12. Deleting your account and ending access

You can stop using Destiny AI at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted. Remember to cancel any subscription through Apple separately.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or our systems at risk, or where the law requires us to. If we do, we will tell you where we reasonably can.

13. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update Destiny AI, add or remove features, and update these terms. When we change these terms, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. For material changes, the app will ask you to review and accept the updated terms before you continue.
