Bugs, crashes, and how-to questions

Help
Support is handled directly by the studio. Write to us and a person reads it — there is no ticket portal to register for, no queue number, and no chatbot in the way.
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. If your message needs us to reproduce a bug on a specific device, it may take a little longer — we will tell you if that happens rather than leaving you waiting.
The more of this you can tell us up front, the more likely it is that our first reply actually solves the problem instead of asking questions.

Purchases made inside an iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and refunds are issued by the store through your Apple or Google account — we have no ability to charge or refund your card.
If a purchase did not unlock what it should have, that part we can fix: write to support@midnightapps.dev.
To ask what an app holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to support@midnightapps.dev and say which app you mean.
Requests about this website are handled at legal@midnightapps.dev. See the privacy policy.
If you believe you have found a security or privacy vulnerability in one of our applications or in this website, please tell us privately at legal@midnightapps.dev before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.
We will confirm receipt and keep you posted on the fix.

In development — not yet released
MyPeptide is still in development and is not yet available for download, so there is no released version to support. Questions about the app are welcome in the meantime at support@midnightapps.dev.
When MyPeptide is released it will ship with its own privacy policy, terms, and medical disclaimer, and this page will link to them.
Do not use this website, this support address, or any Midnight Apps application for a medical emergency. Call your local emergency number — 911 in the United States — or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States you can also reach Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 for a suspected medication overdose or exposure.
Our applications are organizational and educational tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for a conversation with your clinician.
Please do not email sensitive information. Ordinary email is not secure. Leave out medical records, government identification numbers, passwords, and payment card details — we will never ask for them, and we do not need them to help you.
