1. Use the service as a job seeker
RemoteJobs is for finding work for yourself. One account per person; do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not: scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell or redistribute listing or employer data; attempt to obtain subscriber-only content without a valid subscription, or interfere with the entitlement checks; probe, scan or test the security of the service, or try to reach data belonging to another user; automate access to the app or the backend other than as the app itself does; submit false or bad-faith reports about listings or employers; upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harassing or deliberately misleading content; impersonate another person or organisation; or use the service to solicit or advertise to other users.
3. Employer and recruiter conduct
If you interact with the service on behalf of an employer or agency, do not submit listings you are not authorised to post, misrepresent the role, the employer or the terms of employment, or use the service to collect personal data from job seekers under a false pretext.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and, depending on severity, warn you, restrict a feature such as reporting, suspend your account, or terminate it. Where a breach also appears to be unlawful we may report it to the appropriate authority. We aim to act proportionately, and to tell you what happened where doing so does not compromise an investigation or another person's safety.
5. Reporting a breach
Report a listing or employer using the report action on the job's detail screen. Report anything else, including security concerns, to support@midnightapps.dev. Please do not publicly disclose a suspected security vulnerability before contacting us.
