RemoteJobs Cancellation and Refund Policy

Applies to the RemoteJobs app · Last updated 8 September 2026

1. Cancelling a subscription

You cancel a RemoteJobs subscription in your store account, not in this app: on iOS, in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play app, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. The subscription screen links you directly there. Cancelling prevents the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account

Deleting your RemoteJobs account does not cancel your store subscription, and cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. If you want both, cancel the subscription with the store first, then delete the account from Profile, then Delete account.

3. Who issues refunds

Because Apple and Google process the payment, they also decide refunds. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase ourselves. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play through your order history. Their own policies and time limits apply.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here removes a refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where such a right applies, it applies in addition to the store's process. The precise wording for each jurisdiction RemoteJobs is sold in is to be settled by counsel before publication.

5. Where we can help

If you were charged but your subscription is not showing, that is an entitlement problem rather than a refund problem: use Restore purchases, then contact support@midnightapps.dev with your receipt. We will check our entitlement record and, if the fault is ours, correct it. We will also help you raise a refund with the store, though the decision is theirs.
