1. What we own
The RemoteJobs application, its design and interface, its text, and its name and logo belong to Midnight Holdings LLC or to its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The RemoteJobs name and logo may not be used without our written permission, including in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation. Registration status is being confirmed and is not asserted in this draft.
2. Third-party content in the app
Job listings, employer names, employer logos and source attributions belong to the employers and sources they come from. They are shown so that you can find and apply for the roles they describe, and each listing identifies its source. Nothing in the app transfers any right in that material to us or to you.
3. Reporting infringement
If you believe content in RemoteJobs infringes your copyright or trademark, write to legal@midnightapps.dev identifying the work or mark, where the material appears in the app, your contact details, and the basis of your claim, and confirming that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review it and remove or disable access to material where the claim is valid.
4. Counter-notice and repeat infringement
If your material was removed and you believe that was wrong, tell us at legal@midnightapps.dev and we will consider restoring it. We may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringement. The formal notice-and-counter-notice procedure to be followed is being settled with counsel before publication.
