RemoteJobs Support Policy

Applies to the RemoteJobs app · Last updated 8 September 2026

1. How to reach support

Use the Support Centre in the app — Profile, then Support — to open a ticket and to see our replies in one place. You can also write to support@midnightapps.dev. The in-app Support Centre is the channel we recommend, because a ticket is linked to your account and keeps its history.

2. What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device and app version you are using. For a billing question, include the store receipt. For a problem with a specific listing, include the listing title and the employer.

3. Response times

We read every ticket and aim to answer as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not currently commit to a specific response time, and any commitment we do make will be stated here rather than implied.

4. What support can help with

Accounts and sign-in, including password reset and email verification; subscription and entitlement problems, such as a purchase that is not showing; app functionality and defects, including accessibility problems; privacy and data requests, and account deletion; and reports about listings or employers.

5. What support cannot do

We cannot influence a hiring decision, contact an employer on your behalf, chase an application, or tell you why an employer did not respond — employers are independent third parties. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases, because Apple and Google process those payments and decide refunds. We cannot review or complete your application, and we cannot give legal, immigration, tax or financial advice.

6. Deleting your account does not require support

You can delete your account yourself, immediately, from Profile, then Delete account. You never need to contact support to do it.
